Job Description

  • Serve as the on-site field leader, managing subcontractors and Assistant Superintendents
  • Collaborate directly with clients throughout all phases of construction
  • Support the growth of the Indianapolis construction team
  • Participate in preconstruction planning and coordination
  • Manage trades and subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule adherence
  • Maintain daily logs and upload site photos using Procore
  • Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and safe at the end of each day
  • Create and manage a 3-6 week look-ahead schedule
  • Develop and implement daily and weekly site plans and procedures

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
  • Proven ability to manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to wear multiple hats when needed
  • Hands-on and not afraid to get involved in field work
  • Proficient in Procore and other construction management tools
  • Local to Indianapolis (preferred) with strong knowledge of the local market
  • Experience with large building demolition (preferred)
  • Ground-Up construction experience in the commercial and healthcare markets (required)
