Job Description

  • Direct and manage all onsite construction activities
  • Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Oversee project safety, quality, and schedule performance
  • Review plans and specifications to ensure project compliance
  • Conduct progress meetings with project stakeholders
  • Manage inspections and regulatory requirements
  • Resolve field conflicts and maintain project momentum
  • Support project turnover and closeout processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

  • 7+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Experience overseeing healthcare, commercial, or multifamily projects
  • Strong understanding of building systems and construction sequencing
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • OSHA certification required or preferred
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
