Job Description

  • Managing all daily field operations and site activities
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
  • Enforcing safety standards and company policies
  • Conducting site meetings and progress updates
  • Ensuring quality control throughout construction
  • Reviewing construction documents and coordinating field execution
  • Managing inspections and project closeout activities
  • Identifying and resolving project challenges proactively
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

  • Strong background in construction project management.
  • Experience overseeing on-site operations, including subcontractor coordination.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.



Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
  • Experience leading commercial projects valued from $10M to $100M+
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
  • OSHA certification preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering projects safely and on schedule
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades
  • Proficiency with Procore and construction management software
  • Stable career history with reputable contractors
