Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that has a strong mixed project portfolio in the Statesboro surrounding area.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities and maintain progress against project plans.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to keep work aligned across the project.
  • Review project schedules and address day-to-day site needs that affect planned milestones.
  • Monitor work quality and confirm completed work aligns with project requirements.
  • Maintain a safe job site by reinforcing site safety practices with crews and contractors.
  • Communicate project updates, site conditions, and schedule changes with Construction department contacts.
  • Track site activity and maintain clear records of daily progress and completed work.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and site access to support uninterrupted construction work.
