Construction Superintendent

• Manage daily on-site construction operations for multifamily residential projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trade partners, and suppliers.
• Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Conduct daily site inspections and quality control reviews.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and project coordination meetings.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Municipal Officials.
• Monitor labor productivity and address project challenges proactively.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, local building codes, and company standards.
• Track project progress and prepare daily reports documenting manpower, schedules, deliveries, inspections, and site activities.
• Manage project turnover, punch list completion, and closeout activities.
