Construction Superintendent/Foreman

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Inspect work progress and quality to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports and documentation as required.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
