Job Description



As a Superintendent, you will lead all on‑site construction activities to ensure the successful delivery of a ground‑up data center project.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day‑to‑day field operations and construction sequencing
  • Driving short‑interval planning and master schedule execution
  • Coordinating MEP trades and mission‑critical infrastructure systems
  • Enforcing safety, quality control, and site logistics standards
  • Leading subcontractors and field teams to meet productivity goals
  • Partnering with the Project Manager on schedule, costs, and risk
  • Ensuring work meets contract documents and client expectations

The Successful Applicant



You are a field‑driven construction leader who excels in schedule‑driven, technically complex environments and takes pride in building safely and efficiently.

You bring:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent
  • Ground‑up construction experience; data centers or mission critical preferred
  • Strong MEP and systems coordination experience
  • Proven safety leadership and OSHA compliance expertise
  • Ability to manage large subcontractor teams and daily field operations
  • Experience delivering projects on aggressive schedules (12-18 months)
  • Willingness to work on‑site in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
