Job Description

* Oversee preconstruction, engineering, and field installation of all MEP systems

* Manage MEP budgets, procurement, scheduling, and commissioning activities

* Lead coordination with designers, subcontractors, inspectors, and client teams

* Supervise and develop MEP engineers and field leadership staff

* Ensure compliance with contract documents, codes, quality, and safety standards

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline

* 10+ years' experience delivering MEP systems on complex projects

* Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low voltage

* Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
