Job Description

  • Lead CI initiatives and Lean transformation
  • Train teams on Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
  • Analyze performance metrics and drive improvement
  • Identify waste reduction opportunities
  • Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Continuous Improvement Manager should have:

  • BS degree required
  • 5-10 years in CI/Lean roles
  • Formal Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Strong data analysis and facilitation skills
  • Manufacturing background required
