The company is recognized for its stability, high-quality standards, and full-cycle project management, from initial development through final delivery.Job DescriptionKey responsibilites of the controller include:Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reportingLead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timelinessPrepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for multiple entities and projectsDevelop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policiesMonitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and oversee treasury functionsPartner with executive leadership to support strategic financial planning and decision-makingSupervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring high performance and professional developmentEnsure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirementsCoordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other third-party stakeholdersAnalyze financial results and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and profitabilityMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
