Controller

• Manage and oversee all aspects of financial reporting and accounting processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial insights.
• Lead integration of financial and operational systems
• Improve reporting and month-end close processes
• Support future growth and acquisitions
• Provide stronger financial visibility to the PE
