This firm is known for their high level of dedication to implementing cutting edge technology, and providing employees with excellent tools and resources to operate at a high level.Job DescriptionAssist with drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents related to corporate transactions.Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.Oversee IPO transaction tasks, including draft checklists, attend due diligence meetings, proofread legal documents and coordinate site visitsPrepare deal documents, including disclosures, exhibits, SEC filings, questionnaires, financing statements, cusip number applications, purchase agreements and merger agreementsSupport corporate governance activities, including maintaining corporate records and preparing board materials.Coordinate and manage document submissions to regulatory bodies as needed.Collaborate with legal and business teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Maintain and organize files, ensuring accurate and accessible record-keeping.Assist with due diligence for corporate transactions and other legal projects.Provide general administrative support to the legal department.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
