Job Description

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process across corporate functions, from sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing and talent research strategies to identify exceptional candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs
  • Build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders
  • Gain a deep understanding of business objectives and translate workforce needs into effective recruiting strategies
  • Partner with stakeholders to build candidate assessment frameworks and facilitate structured interview processes
  • Lead interview debriefs, calibration discussions, and hiring recommendations
  • Manage and drive the offer process, including offer preparation, approvals, presentation, and candidate closing strategies
  • Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to provide insights and recommendations to business partners and HR leadership
  • Represent the organization and recruiting function both internally and externally, helping strengthen the employer brand
  • Build and maintain relationships with external search firms and talent partners
  • Participate in and lead cross-functional recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Recruiter should have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of expertise in full-cycle recruitment within the human resources or business services industry.
  • Proven success identifying, attracting, assessing, and closing top talent.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the hiring process.
  • Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
