Job Description

  • Respond to customer questions through assigned communication channels and provide accurate information.
  • Clarify customer needs and guide each interaction toward a practical resolution.
  • Document customer inquiries and actions taken to maintain clear service records.
  • Follow up on open customer requests and provide timely status updates.
  • Escalate complex issues through the appropriate channels when further review is needed.
  • Apply department procedures to provide consistent customer service.
  • Maintain a professional and helpful approach during customer interactions.
