CRM Project Management Consultant

• Manage CRM-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement CRM solutions effectively.
• Oversee the integration of CRM tools, with a preference for platforms like DealCloud or Salesforce.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze business needs and recommend process improvements related to CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all CRM initiatives.
• Monitor project performance and address any issues or risks proactively.
• Offer training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new CRM tools.
