Their team is recognized for delivering architecturally significant homes and sophisticated renovation projects that require exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and meticulous project execution.Job DescriptionCustom Home Project Manager will manage multiple luxury custom home and high-end residential renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement logs.Coordinate closely with superintendents to ensure field operations align with project goals and milestones.Lead project meetings with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, and subcontractors.Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders for completeness and constructability.Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and vendor relationships.Monitor project costs, approve invoices, and track forecasts to maintain profitability.Identify and resolve project risks, conflicts, and schedule impacts.Ensure projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the construction process.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
