Job Description

  • Custom Home Project Manager will manage multiple luxury custom home and high-end residential renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement logs.
  • Coordinate closely with superintendents to ensure field operations align with project goals and milestones.
  • Lead project meetings with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders for completeness and constructability.
  • Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor project costs, approve invoices, and track forecasts to maintain profitability.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, conflicts, and schedule impacts.
  • Ensure projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the construction process.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in luxury residential construction.
  • Proven experience managing custom homes valued at $3M+ and/or high-end interior renovations.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and quality control.
  • Experience coordinating with architects, designers, and discerning homeowners.
  • Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
