Job Description

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective D365 solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionalities.
  • Translate business needs into Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD).
  • Work with technical teams to design and build integrations between D365 F&O and third-party systems including Workday and Concur.
  • Provide go-live and hyper care support to troubleshoot errors and improve system stability post-launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration.
  • Customize and configure D365 modules to meet business needs.
  • Identify and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely resolutions.
  • Train and support end-users to maximize system utilization.
  • Document system processes and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay updated on D365 advancements to ensure the organization benefits from the latest features.

The Successful Applicant

A successful D365 Consultant should have:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its modules.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is Finance or Accounting
  • Extensive knowledge and experience (at least 5 years) with D365 Finance modules to include Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Cash and bank management, Cost accounting, Credit and collections, General ledger, Inventory and warehouse management.
  • Experience in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing D365 solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to train and support end-users effectively.
