The organization is focused on leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesTraining & Onsite SupportLead onsite training sessions across multiple locations (2-4 days per site)Deliver hands-on system training to users in both individual and group settingsProvide ongoing backend configuration support (note: core configuration work has largely been completed)Act as the primary point of contact for user support post-implementationProject ImplementationSupport system implementation initiatives with a focus on user adoptionParticipate in configuration and testing activities as needed(however, the primary focus of this role is training and support-not heavy configuration work)Help ensure smooth transition from implementation to steady-state operationsCross-Functional CollaborationServe as a liaison between Finance and IT teamsFacilitate communication and understanding across departmentsEngage stakeholders and bring multiple teams together during training and rollout activitiesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
