The business is recognised for its repeat client relationships, occupied-space expertise, and consistent delivery of renovation, expansion, and ground-up developments throughout South Florida.

Job Description

* Manage all phases of a $60-70M ground-up construction project
* Control budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation
* Coordinate with ownership, consultants, and field teams throughout delivery
* Lead procurement, contract administration, and risk management activities

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
* Proven experience delivering large-scale ground-up projects of $50M+
* Background in education, healthcare, or institutional construction
* Tilt-wall construction experience required
* Local knowledge of the Miami-Dade market preferred
