Job Description

* Support project managers and superintendents with day-to-day project coordination and execution

* Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation

* Assist with scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and progress tracking activities

* Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain schedule and quality objectives

* Participate in field operations and gain exposure to self-perform construction activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer should have:

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

* 1-3 years of construction experience, including internships or co-op experience

* Exposure to commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, or mission-critical construction projects

* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

* Humble, coachable, team-oriented mindset with a desire to build a long-term career
