Job Description

  • Oversee field operations, sequencing work to meet schedule and productivity targets
  • Coordinate trades, staffing, logistics, and quality across project phases
  • Implement and enforce safety plans aligned with company standards
  • Manage project documentation, cost tracking, and subcontractor performance
  • Support constructability reviews and apply lean construction methods

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 4+ years' project management or field leadership experience
  • Background in carpentry or concrete preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
  • Ability to interpret drawings, contracts, and project plans
  • Effective leadership and communication across site teams
