Job Description



Data Center Superintendent - 90M Retofit - Herndon,VA will perform:

  • Lead on-site execution of a $90M data center retrofit project
  • Manage daily operations including site utilities, earthwork, and structural work
  • Oversee construction of steel-framed buildings and associated concrete work
  • Drive project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
  • Act as the primary on-site leader, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to solve challenges and maintain progress

The Successful Applicant



Data Center Superintendent - 90M Retofit - Herndon,VA should have:

  • Proven experience leading construction projects as a Superintendent
  • Must have data center project experience (required)
  • Strong background in site work, utilities, and ground-up construction
  • Familiarity with steel structures and concrete systems
