Job Description

The Superintendent will:

  • Lead all field operations for a major data center retrofit project.
  • Manage project schedules, subcontractors, site logistics, and day-to-day construction activities.
  • Supervise and mentor assistant superintendents and field staff.
  • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive safety, quality, and production goals throughout all phases of construction.
  • Resolve field challenges proactively while maintaining project momentum.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and company standards.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the project team.
  • Support successful project closeout and client satisfaction.
