Job Description

Full Lifecycle Ownership: Direct all phases of mission-critical construction, from initial site-clearing and structural steel through to final integrated systems testing (IST) and commissioning.
Strategic Coordination: Synchronize specialized MEP subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive seamless execution and meet aggressive delivery milestones.
Operational Excellence & Safety: Manage high-tempo daily site operations with an uncompromising commitment to safety protocols and a "gold-standard" organized job site.
Technical Blueprint Mastery: Expertly interpret and enforce compliance with complex architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) schematics and technical specifications.
Quality Assurance & Documentation: Lead rigorous site inspections, manage the RFI process, and meticulously review shop drawings and testing reports to ensure zero-defect handovers.
Precision Reporting: Maintain comprehensive daily logs, leveraging photos and data-driven manpower tracking to provide transparent project visibility to stakeholders.
Proactive Problem Solving: Partner with engineers, project managers, and AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction) to rapidly troubleshoot field obstacles and implement cost-effective solutions.
Schedule & Fiscal Stewardship: Safeguard project timelines and budgets through lean management practices without compromising on world-class build quality.

The Successful Applicant

Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience spearheading commercial ground-up builds; direct exposure to the complexities of data center or mission-critical environments is highly prioritized.
MEP & Commissioning Mastery: Deep technical fluency in high-density MEP systems and the rigorous sequences of integrated commissioning.
Operational Command: Demonstrated ability to de-conflict complex schedules and synchronize diverse trade partners in a fast-track environment.
Document Intuition: Expert-level proficiency in deciphering architectural schematics and technical specifications to ensure 100% build accuracy.
Leadership Gravitas: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to command a job site and mentor a high-performing field team.
Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient in modern construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
