With a consistent pipeline of repeat business and projects located within 30 minutes of their Kittery office, they offer both stability and long-term growth.Job Description* Prepare detailed cost estimates for demolition and enabling works projects * Complete quantity take-offs from drawings using software such as Bluebeam * Review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to identify risks * Solicit and analyse subcontractor and supplier pricing * Develop scopes of work and ensure all elements are captured within estimates * Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies * Collaborate closely with project managers and senior leadership * Attend pre-bid meetings and support client-facing discussions as neededMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
