Job Description

  • Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify potential property acquisition opportunities.
  • Support the due diligence process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate property development projects.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure objectives are met.
  • Analyze property performance metrics and recommend strategies for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, brokers, and other stakeholders in the property sector.
  • Prepare reports and updates on project progress for senior management.
  • Support and drive asset management in a dual role.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Development & Asset Management Associate should have:

  • A wealth of asset management, acquisitions and overall development experinece ideally within residential affordable houising and community development.
  • A strong background in property development and acquisitions within the professional services industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed market research and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms for property management and financial modeling.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
