Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Development Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of experience of affordable housing development
  • MUST have affordable housing experience in Massachusetts/Boston
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills to address project challenges proactively.
