The company has a robust project pipeline extending through 2030, including both new development and redevelopment initiatives.Job DescriptionProject Manager: Assume ownership of a $15M multi-building development project currently under construction.Schedule Management: Monitor project schedules, budgets, change orders, construction quality, and risk mitigation efforts.Team Leadership: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, municipalities, and project stakeholders.Quality Control: Ensure compliance with design standards, permitting requirements, and local regulations.Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, budgets, and reporting through Yardi and other project management systems.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
