Job Description

This Development Manager / Senior Manager will take ownership of industrial projects from sourcing through execution, working closely with senior leadership on high-impact deals. The role offers end-to-end exposure across acquisitions, entitlements, design, construction, and asset management, with strong visibility and the opportunity to grow within a performance-driven environment.The Development Manager / Senior Manager will report directly to senior leadership and play a critical role in executing and advancing projects across North Texas.

  • Support site sourcing, underwriting, and acquisition efforts, including full due diligence and site evaluation for industrial projects in the DFW market
  • Manage entitlement processes, coordinating with municipalities and consultants to secure zoning and approvals
  • Lead design development alongside architects, engineers, and contractors from concept through construction documentation
  • Prepare and maintain development budgets, pro formas, and project schedules
  • Oversee construction execution and track project performance against cost and timeline expectations
  • Partner with leasing and property management teams to support asset stabilization and business plan execution
  • Assist with investment memos, market research, and disposition processes

The Successful Applicant

For the Development Manager we are seeking:

  • 3-6+ years of experience in real estate development, construction, engineering, or a related field with exposure to ground-up projects; specific industrial experience is required
  • Strong understanding of the full development lifecycle, including entitlements, design, and construction execution
  • Familiarity with the North Texas market strongly preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to build and interpret financial models and development budgets
  • Highly motivated, hands-on, and willing to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders, consultants, and local authorities
  • A high level of personal drive and commitment-this role requires someone who is proactive, resilient, and eager to take ownership
