Job Description

Digital Marketing & Website Management

  • Manage and publish content across the company website and digital platforms
  • Maintain content accuracy, brand consistency and user experience
  • Support website enhancements and digital best practices
  • Assist with management of video, podcast and other digital content channels



Social Media & Communications

  • Create, schedule and publish social media content across key channels
  • Develop digital assets and campaign materials
  • Support promotion of events, thought leadership and business initiatives
  • Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve performance



Design & Creative Support

  • Create and edit marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Develop branded graphics and promotional collateral
  • Manage image libraries and digital assets
  • Coordinate with external creative partners where required



Analytics, SEO & Digital Performance

  • Support SEO and digital optimisation initiatives
  • Assist with AI and generative search optimisation efforts
  • Monitor website, campaign and social media performance
  • Produce reports and performance insights for stakeholders



CRM & Email Marketing

  • Support the execution of email campaigns, newsletters and event invitations
  • Maintain marketing databases and audience lists
  • Track campaign performance and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery



Business Development Support

  • Assist with marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships and profile-raising initiatives
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables and communications
  • Support adoption of marketing technologies and digital tools
  • Contribute to wider marketing and business development projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
  • 3-4 years of marketing experience within professional services, financial services or a similar environment
  • Experience managing website content and digital campaigns
  • Exposure to CRM and email marketing platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative approach
