Job Description

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for the multifamily sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with construction project objectives.
  • Lead negotiations and secure agreements for multifamily construction projects.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform business strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure project proposals meet client needs and align with company capabilities.
