Job Description

  • Lead and manage all phases of high-end luxury residential construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to safety standards on-site.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Analyze project performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15-20+ years of experience
  • Experience leading a team - will be overseeing 4 PMs & 4 APMs
  • Must have strong leadership and communication skills
  • Report directly into CEO
  • A strong background in managing high-end luxury residential construction projects.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate project teams effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
  • A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining top-tier quality.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
