Job Description

Lead and manage all phases of high-end luxury residential construction projects from start to finish.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to safety standards on-site.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Analyze project performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

The Successful Applicant

15-20+ years of experience
Experience leading a team - will be overseeing 4 PMs & 4 APMs
Must have strong leadership and communication skills
Report directly into CEO
A strong background in managing high-end luxury residential construction projects.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate project teams effectively.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining top-tier quality.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
