MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Director of E-Commerce should have:5+ years of eCommerce experience with a DTC Ecommerce Brand managing website and digital experience doing at least $25M in revenue per year Experience with platforms such asShopify orWooCommerceExperience running conversion rate tests on websites, including strategizing tests to run and monitoring performanceExperience withKlaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, or other email service providers.Experience creating email marketing strategies and calendars, and doing meaningful email and SMS Testing.Deep understanding of onsite merchandising, and theDTC customer journey.Strong understanding of customer retention, repeat purchase behavior, and lifetime value Demonstrated experience managing and growing a meaningful eCommerce business. Ability to work effectively with designers, developers, copywriters, and other cross-functional partners.
