Director of Estimating | Construction

• Lead and manage the estimation team to ensure accurate and timely project proposals.
• Develop and oversee cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather project specifications and determine accurate costs.
• Review and analyze project documentation, including blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to improve project efficiencies.
• Maintain and update estimation tools, databases, and industry pricing standards.
• Present cost estimates and project budgets to senior management and clients as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations throughout the estimation process.
