As a result, the company is looking to appoint a Director of Finance to enhance financial leadership, improve transparency into performance, and help guide the organization through its next stage of expansion.This role required a presence in the office at least 3 days/ week (non-negotiable).Job DescriptionPartnering closely with the U.S. CEO and maintaining a functional reporting line to the global finance leadership team, the Director of Finance will act as the senior financial lead across the Americas region. This individual will play a critical role as a trusted advisor to the executive team, taking full responsibility for overseeing the North American finance function and managing a team of approximately 8 professionals.
