Job Description



  • Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of a 13-week rolling cash flow forecast
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packages for executive leadership
  • Develop annual budgets and manage periodic forecast updates
  • Conduct Direct Contribution Margin (DCM) analysis at the customer and product level
  • Oversee cost center reporting, including control, tracking, and variance analysis
  • Support demand planning and production purchasing through financial insights and analysis
  • Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, integrity, and reporting consistency
  • Support bank covenant reporting and ensure compliance with financial requirements
  • Assist in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
  • Lead and execute special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A or finance roles, preferably within consumer goods or e-commerce environments
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel and advanced financial modeling
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Experience with Direct Contribution Margin (DCM) analysis strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership
