Job Description

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute business strategies to support growth, operational performance, and long-term organizational objectives.
  • Lead business planning initiatives and align resources to achieve company goals.
  • Evaluate organizational performance and recommend improvements to support future growth.



Operational Leadership

  • Provide overall leadership for engineering, manufacturing, quality, materials, maintenance, and operational functions.
  • Ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality operations while meeting production and delivery objectives.
  • Resolve operational and facility challenges to minimize disruptions and support business needs.



Continuous Improvement

  • Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Drive cost reduction, process optimization, and operational excellence across the organization.



Financial Management

  • Manage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditures, and financial reporting.
  • Analyze operational and financial performance to ensure progress toward strategic and business objectives.
  • Review and approve financial analyses related to operational efficiency and business planning.



Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders across engineering, quality, materials, manufacturing, and operations.
  • Drive accountability
