About Our Client

My client is a family owned manufacturer of top of the line machinery, serving the food and beverage industry. They are growing steadily right now, and are continuing to invest back into the business. With new equipment and technology being implemented, they are prepared to ramp up their operation even further, and seek an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join the team!

Job Description

    • Lead and develop managers, supervisors, and functional leaders across operations
    • Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives throughout the organization
    • Establish and track KPIs focused on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity
    • Partner with executive leadership to align operational priorities with business objectives
    • Oversee capacity planning, workforce planning, and operational resource allocation
    • Improve supply chain performance, inventory management, and material flow
    • Champion safety programs and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
    • Support new product introductions and manufacturing process improvements
    • Manage operational budgets and maintain accountability for P&L performance
    • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • Progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience leading multiple functions including production, engineering, maintenance, safety, and supply chain
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or related methodologies
  • Demonstrated success improving operational performance and leading organizational change
  • Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and P&L responsibilities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and drive execution

What's on Offer

    • Base salary $150,000 - $180,000 depending on experience level
