Job Description

  • Define and execute long-term operational strategies aligned with business growth objectives
  • Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations including production, quality, supply chain, and workforce planning
  • Establish, track, and improve KPIs related to efficiency, yield, cost, and quality performance
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards across all operations
  • Develop and mentor plant and operations leadership teams
  • Own operational budgeting, cost control, and financial performance reviews
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key industry partners

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline
  • Master's degree strongly preferred
  • 7-10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
  • Background in deep drawn metal stamping or similar metal forming environments
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-site or complex manufacturing operations
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality systems, and process optimization
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Metal Stamping and metal manufacturing background
