Job Description

  • Develop and execute long-term operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Oversee manufacturing operations including production, quality, supply chain, and workforce development
  • Establish and track KPIs (efficiency, quality, performance) to drive data-driven improvements
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma)
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational protocols
  • Mentor and develop operations leadership teams to drive accountability and performance
  • Manage operational budgets and cost efficiency initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 7-10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in metal stamping or similar environments
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational improvements
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and Lean/Six Sigma
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
