MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Confidential Plant Manager should have:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.Progressive operations leadership experience within food manufacturing environments.Proven experience leading large-scale manufacturing or production facilities.Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, and cost-reduction initiatives.Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging operational data to drive business decisions.Track record of achieving measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality, and profitability.Experience operating within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.Bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred but not required.What's on OfferCompetitive salary range: $200,000-$230,000.Permanent position in Commerce.Opportunity to lead operations in the FMCG industry.High-impact executive leadership role.Direct visibility with executive leadership and ownership stakeholders.Opportunity to influence strategic operational decisions.Ability to drive meaningful change and measurable business results.Competitive executive compensation package.Interested?
