This strategic leadership role will oversee transmission, distribution, substation, protection & controls, interconnection, and related power delivery projects while driving operational excellence, team development, client growth, and business performance.Job DescriptionLead and oversee power delivery projects across transmission, distribution, substations, protection & controls, interconnection, and utility infrastructure markets.Provide strategic leadership for engineering, design, project management, and project execution activities.Manage and mentor Project Managers, engineering managers, engineers, designers, and technical staff.Build and maintain strong relationships with utility, renewable energy, and infrastructure clients.Support project delivery from planning and development through design, construction, and execution.Drive business development efforts, expand existing client relationships, and identify new growth opportunities.Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering and project management talent.Collaborate with executive leadership on annual business planning, revenue forecasting, staffing strategy, and market growth initiatives.Oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and resource allocation across multiple programs.Establish and maintain project delivery standards, QA/QC procedures, and operational best practices.Coordinate with utility clients, developers, contractors, and key project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.Foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
