Job Description

  • Lead and manage the pre‑construction and estimating team
  • Oversee preparation of accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates
  • Develop bid strategies for interior and light industrial projects
  • Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to identify risks and opportunities
  • Drive value engineering and cost‑saving initiatives
  • Coordinate with operations, commercial, design, and delivery teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Support bid submissions, tender presentations, and commercial negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and risk management standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a senior pre‑construction or estimating leadership role
  • Strong background in estimating for interior fit‑out and light industrial projects
  • Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost planning
  • Strong commercial judgment and risk management capability
  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously
