This role serves as the right-hand partner to the Executive Director of Construction and will oversee a team supporting projects throughout Florida and the Southeast.

Job Description

* Lead all preconstruction and estimating activities for development projects across Florida and the Southeastern United States.

* Manage and mentor a team of civil and vertical estimators, driving consistency and performance.

* Develop conceptual budgets, feasibility analyses, and detailed estimates for ground-up and redevelopment projects.

* Partner with development, leasing, design, engineering, and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.

* Identify cost drivers, value engineering opportunities, market trends, and project risks.

The Successful Applicant

* 15+ years of commercial construction, preconstruction, and estimating experience.

* Experience with a commercial real estate developer or integrated owner/developer/GC environment.

* Extensive retail development experience, with office, industrial, and mixed-use exposure preferred.

* Proven success leading preconstruction or estimating teams.

* Strong expertise in both site/civil and vertical construction estimating.
