Director of Program Management - Middletown, CT

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor engineering project managers and technical leaders responsible for internal product development programs.
• Oversee multiple concurrent engineering projects from concept through manufacturing transfer and production readiness.
• Partner with executive leadership to establish project priorities, strategic objectives, and success metrics.
• Implement and improve project management processes, governance structures, and reporting mechanisms.
• Manage engineering resource allocation to optimize project execution and organizational performance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing roadblocks.
• Deliver regular program updates and executive-level reporting on schedule, budget, scope, and resource status.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project execution, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and established development processes.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and high performance across technical teams.
