Job Description

  • Set and execute enterprise‑level quality strategy across manufacturing and operations
  • Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of ISO 9001, AS9120, MIL‑PRF‑38535, and customer requirements
  • Lead large, multi‑disciplinary quality organizations including systems, customer quality, failure analysis, and reliability
  • Drive management reviews, audits, and corrective action effectiveness across the business
  • Partner with executive leadership to support business growth and customer commitments
  • Build and develop quality leadership talent, succession plans, and organizational capability

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director of Quality should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (Master's a plus)
  • 15+ years of progressive quality leadership experience
  • Background in semiconductor, electronics, or other high‑reliability manufacturing environments
  • Strong experience with ISO 9001, AS9120, MIL‑PRF‑38535, and regulated customers
  • Proven ability to lead large quality teams in fast‑paced organizations
  • Action‑oriented leader with OpEx, Lean, or CI mindset
