Job Description

Trade Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies across key retail channels.
  • Translate brand objectives into customer-specific marketing programs and promotions.
  • Lead omnichannel activations including in-store, digital, social, loyalty, experiential, and promotional campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to increase consumer engagement, brand visibility, and revenue growth.



Retail & Customer Development

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key retail accounts.
  • Support annual planning, promotional strategies, and customer business reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to drive customer growth and market share gains.
  • Ensure best-in-class execution across all retail touchpoints.



Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing trade marketing team.
  • Partner with Sales, Brand Marketing, Insights, and Operations teams to align business objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.



Budget & Performance Management

  • Manage trade marketing budgets and investment planning.
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI to maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Utilize sales, shopper, and category insights to inform strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, brand marketing, or channel marketing.
  • Proven success developing and executing retail marketing programs that drive sales growth.
  • Strong experience managing budgets, forecasting, and performance analytics.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong understanding of retail, distributor, and eCommerce channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
