DOB Licensed Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain project timelines and budget.
• Ensure adherence to Department of Buildings (DOB) codes and regulations throughout all project phases.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure proper implementation on-site.
• Manage and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship and materials.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to project stakeholders and upper management.
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety and compliance on the construction site.
