DOB Licensed Superintendent

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring projects meet timeline and budget requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations and all local building codes in the Bronx.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project efficiency.
• Lead quality control efforts to ensure construction meets all specifications and standards.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates on progress.
• Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports as required.
• Candidate should have general knowledge of NYC Building and Construction codes
