DOB Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn

• Oversee daily construction site activities to keep work aligned with project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to maintain clear priorities and steady progress.
• Review project drawings and specifications to guide accurate construction work.
• Monitor site conditions and completed work to maintain quality standards.
• Track construction progress and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site access to support planned work activities.
• Address day-to-day site issues and help keep construction activities on schedule.
• Maintain site documentation related to construction progress and project activities.
